The GB Pub

After quite a long wait for fresh food to be brought to the carvery service area we had expected the food to remain hot until we sat down to it. It soon became clear certain items would have benefitted from some time under the heat lamps. The veg, especially the roast potatoes were actuall cold inside.  A complaint to the waiter did result in a reduction in the price, however we do hope action will be taken from constructive criticism as this venue is very handy, we have been generally satisfied with it in the past and would like to continue using it.

Good atmosphere in the pub to watch the football with a decent selection of beers available too. Plenty of space and seating.  Tried the new Heineken Silver draft which was nice and had a good chat wi...

Seems to have lost its mojo somehow and just felt a bit gloomy and uninviting recently. Maybe just a quiet night but lots of other nicer pubs!

Really good pub with pool and darts. 2 rooms with bar connecting both. Well kept ales which change regularly, pleasant staff and they have sky sports too. No food but you can take your own in. Kids we...
